About Us

We are Ashley Dennis and Jacqui Morgan, two sisters who feel the Lord calling us to something bigger than ourselves. On January 7, 2011 we lost our dad. Our dad had a heart for missions and growing up we traveled a lot, watching God use him to spread the gospel. His death was sudden and in the years following we both strayed from God. Since then, The Lord has redeemed us. We lost our earthly father but we know we have the best Heavenly father. God has brought us together for one mission, fulfilling the childhood dream, and giving us a renewed heart for the fatherless. For the One is rooted in the belief that God calls us to care for orphans and widows. We believe we have a spiritual calling and a biblical responsibility to make a meaningful difference around the world. It is incredible how the Lord can give you a literal dream at just 5 years old and years later grow it into something truly special. We are so excited to see how God uses us to show His father heart around the world, starting in Lira, Uganda.
